From refinery turnarounds to pipeline integrity programs, we provide comprehensive NDT and inspection services across the entire oil and gas value chain.
Refineries operate under extreme conditions — high temperatures, corrosive chemicals, and continuous cycling. We support planned turnarounds and emergency outages with radiography, ultrasonic thickness surveys, magnetic particle testing, and CWI services. Our technicians are experienced in working within refinery safety protocols, hot work permits, and confined space requirements.
We perform new construction weld inspection per API 1104 and in-service integrity assessments for transmission and gathering pipelines. Services include radiographic testing of girth welds, ultrasonic shear wave examination, and automated/semi-automated UT for critical tie-ins. All work is documented digitally and available through our client portal.
Aboveground storage tank inspections per API 653 including shell thickness surveys, floor scanning, settlement evaluation, roof inspection, and foundation assessment. We perform fitness-for-service evaluations and remaining life calculations to help you plan maintenance and avoid unplanned outages.
In-service inspection of pressure vessels per API 510 and piping systems per API 570. We identify corrosion, erosion, cracking, and other degradation mechanisms, perform remaining life calculations, and provide recommendations for continued safe operation or repair.
